The Ride for Methodist Rehab ( formerly the Mayhem ride) is presented by The Bike Crossing and is a charity benefit for the rehab center’s Wilson Foundation to help stroke patients restore abilities. The ride will feature new routes with options of 8, 25, 45 or 62 miles. Packet Pick Up the eve of the ride will be at The Bike Crossing, but the actual ride will start and end at Methodist Rehab Center’s new Ridgeland Clinic a block down from The Bike Crossing. As always, the ride will be well supported by Methodist Rehab employees at themed rest stops. And returning riders will be treated to a cookout on the grounds!

New this year is our Family Fun Ride. Join us for an 8 mile supervised ride along the multipurpose trail for $10. While the 8 mile ride does not include an event shirt, it does include ice cream after the ride!

The course will be shut down at 2:00 p.m. and all remaining riders will be sagged.
